Finally, up and running!

You know how it is...the best laid plans and all. I finally am in a position to update my blog regularly. I guess it's about time!

First, let me tell you about Support 4 Teachers, Co. We are a group of educators and mental health folks that love working with kids; and, for the most part, the "badder the better". Helping teachers help youngsters with significantly challenging behavior is what we do, and what we've done for, combined, more than 100 years!!!

Labels such as emotionally disturbed, autistic, AD-HD, bi-polar, etc. only mean one thing; kids are having problems being successful in school. So that's where we come in. Making the hardest job in the world, teaching, a little bit easier.

In the future weeks we'll be discussing issues such easy ways to take and analyze student data, how to define a problem behavior in a way that is observable and measurable, what to do when all your best efforts fail, how to teach kids responsibility, etc.
